We Are Committed to Your Rights.
We maintain a staff member with duties in assisting you in being certain that your rights are respected. Our Recipient Rights Advisor will help you in filing a complaint or grievance if you believe that your rights have been violated.

You May Be Eligible For State Funded Services.
Because we are certified and accredited, we have contracts with the State of Michigan to provide many services at very low cost. Most people pay $4 to $10 per visit with state support.

You May Use Your Insurance or Medicaid.
Because we have sought accreditation, you may be able to use your insurance for service costs. We are a provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield members and with Priority Health.

You Know You Will Be Seen By A Professional.
Our staff are committed to earning appropriate professional credentials which demonstrate their training and skill. Many have advanced degrees and professional certifications.

You Will Be Treated Ethically.
Our staff are committed to a recognized code of professional ethics as a part of being certified.

We subject our practices to review by a national quality accreditation body to assure that we deliver high quality services. We have been quality accredited since 1983 and have earned reaccreditation through July of 2010.
